Wonders of the Sea 1994 First Day of Issue Cover - 29c US Stamps Panel

A handsome First Day of Issue commemorative panel from the Postal Commemorative Society celebrating the 1994 "Wonders of the Sea - Understanding Sea Creatures" stamp release. Two 29c USA stamps show vivid undersea scenes with dolphins, divers, and tropical fish, from artwork by Charles Lynn Bragg of Los Angeles.

The stamps are affixed to the printed panel and cancelled with a Honolulu, HI "First Day of Issue" postmark dated October 3, 1994. The accompanying panel text covers marine life and ocean research, making this as much a reading piece as a philatelic keepsake.

Clean, like-new condition as pictured. A nice affordable addition to a topical ocean or U.S. commemorative stamp collection, and it frames up beautifully as ocean-themed wall art.
