Vintage Sand Dollar with Stars Buttons - Set of 34, 1 1/8"

A charming set of 34 vintage sand dollar buttons, each molded in plastic resin with a carved starfish and crescent motif. The cream/ivory tone is warmed by soft tan accents, and each button measures approximately 1 1/8" across with two center holes for easy sewing.

Dating to the 1980s-90s, these come from a large button collection assembled by a premier wholesaler who supplied the New York City garment district beginning in the 1950s. They have been stored in button boxes for decades in a smoke-free, climate-controlled room and are being offered for sale for the very first time.
