Vintage 1980s USA Flag Shank Buttons - Off-White, Metallic Red/Silver/Blue - Lot 2 (10 Buttons)

A lot of 10 vintage shank buttons from the 1980s, each featuring a patriotic USA flag design rendered in shiny metallic red, silver, and blue on an off-white base. Measuring 1 1/8" in diameter, they make a bold statement on jackets, blazers, or handmade garments, and the slight yellowing of the base only adds to their authentic vintage character.

These come from the Lauber Novelty Button Company collection, purchased directly from the original manufacturer. Founded in the 1960s by Morris Sussal and later run by his sons from a Garment Center showroom in New York City, Lauber supplied and customized buttons for high-end manufacturers until the business closed in 2005. All buttons in this collection were made before 1985.
