Vintage 1980s Clear Resin Shank Buttons with Pink Daisy - Set of 5

A charming set of five vintage shank buttons in mint condition, each one a smooth clear resin dome with a tiny pink daisy and white center suspended inside. Measuring about 1" across and 1/2" high, they catch the light beautifully and add a sweet, playful detail to coats, cardigans, or handmade garments.

Dating to the 1980s or earlier, these buttons are believed to have been custom produced for a garment manufacturer — no matching examples have turned up online. They come from an extensive collection sourced from a premier wholesaler serving the New York City garment district since the 1950s, stored for decades in button boxes in a smoke-free, climate-controlled room.
