Set of 3 Large Vintage Wine/Water Glasses - Unsigned Mid Century Crystal

A set of three large stemmed wine or water goblets in clear mid century crystal, each standing approximately 5 3/4" tall with a 3" bowl. The clean, tapered silhouette and slender stem give them a timeless 1960s look that pairs just as easily with a modern table as with a vintage one.

These came from an estate whose owner collected Lalique, Steuben, and other fine glass, and who lived near Corning Glass and shopped the factory store regularly. The glasses are unsigned, but the pattern matches a design also produced for the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company, which makes the form especially interesting to collectors.

Condition is excellent, as they were reportedly kept in a display case rather than used, with only tiny wear visible on the feet under close inspection. Additional glasses in this same design are available separately, and if a fourth glass turns up in our studio, the buyer of this set gets first refusal.
