Limoges France Cobalt Blue & Gold Porcelain Small Dish - Courting Couple

A lovely small Limoges porcelain dish made in France, finished in a deep cobalt navy blue with rich gold decoration. The center features a gilt courting couple scene in the classic French romantic style, framed by ornate fleur-de-lis scrollwork and a scalloped, gold-trimmed rim.

Marked on the base "Limoges, Veritable Porcelaine D'Art, Made in France" with a gold maker's mark. It measures 3 3/4 inches in diameter and remains in very good to fine condition as shown in the photos.

Perfect as a ring or trinket dish on a vanity, a small display piece on a shelf or curio cabinet, or an easy addition to a Limoges collection.
