Ken Edwards Guatemala Hand-Painted Hummingbird Porcelain Vase - Small

A charming small hand-painted porcelain vase from Ken Edwards' famed Guatemala workshop, signed on the base "Guate, Don Antonio F.P." A hummingbird in flight hovers among florals rendered in blue, teal, and red over a soft crackle-style cream glaze, finished with a deep cobalt rim and edges.

Standing roughly 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches, this is an unusually petite Guate piece to be decorated entirely by hand, making it a lovely find for collectors of Latin American studio ceramics. It displays beautifully on a shelf, desk, or windowsill and is just the right size for a few stems or dried blooms.
