A genuine piece of American scouting history, this brass bugle was made by Rexcraft, the official instrument supplier to the Boy Scouts of America, and dates to somewhere between the 1930s and 1950s. Its classic dual-loop cavalry shape and wide flared bell give it that unmistakable parade-ground silhouette, while decades of honest use have left a warm, golden patina across the brass.

The bugle still plays with a clear, bright tone and comes complete with its removable silver-toned mouthpiece and original fabric carrying strap. Condition is excellent for its age, with only light surface wear and minor oxidation you would expect from an instrument this old.

Equally at home mounted on a wall, displayed with military or scouting memorabilia, or actually sounded off at a campfire. See photos for full detail; sold as-is with no returns.
