Vintage Japanese Geisha Doll with Tsuzumi Drum on Wood Stand - Made in Japan

A beautifully preserved vintage Geisha doll made in Japan, estimated to be about 50 years old. She stands on her original wooden base, measuring roughly 10 1/2" wide by 13 1/2" tall, and is secured to the stand as originally manufactured.

Her silk-look kimono is richly patterned in red, pink, cream and blue, finished with a golden hat and a traditional tsuzumi hand drum held in her poised hands. The "Made in Japan" label remains on the underside of the stand.

Kept in a display case since purchase, she remains in lovely condition with crisp detailing throughout. From a smoke-free home and carefully boxed and protected for shipping.
