Vintage English Majolica Tile Small Coat Rack Hanger (c. 1900-1940)

A charming piece of English craftsmanship, this small wall-mounted coat rack dates from roughly 1900 to 1940. The centerpiece is a hand-glazed majolica-style ceramic tile decorated with raised pink roses, turquoise blossoms and soft green foliage, all set within a warm brass frame.

Two white porcelain knob hooks are ready for hats, keys, aprons or a favorite scarf, making it as practical as it is pretty. The compact size suits an entryway, powder room, kitchen nook or bedroom wall where a touch of antique color is welcome.
