Vintage 1980s Sunglasses Novelty Buttons - White with Orange/Pink Lenses - Lot of 30
A fun lot of 30 vintage 1980s novelty sunglasses buttons from the Lauber Novelty Button Company of New York City. Each glossy 2-hole button measures about 1 x 1 inch and features crisp white sunglass frames with lenses that shade from bright orange to hot pink, backed by a plain white reverse.
These are true new old stock, packed away in original button boxes for more than 40 years in a smoke-free home. Lauber was founded in NYC in the 1940s by Morris Sussal and supplied high-end wholesale and branded garment makers until the company closed in 2005 — making these a nice piece of garment district history.
Perfect for crafters, quilters, designers, jewelry makers, and anyone building a retro '80s wardrobe piece. Quantities are limited and no additional buttons in this style will be listed. Buttons ship bagged and bubble wrapped in button boxes. All sales are final.
