Vintage 1980s Red Heart-Shaped Buttons - Set of 20 (1 1/8")

A set of 20 vintage 1980s heart-shaped buttons in a bold, glossy red reminiscent of Dorothy's ruby slippers. Each two-hole nylon button measures approximately 1 1/8" square and is in mint, never-used condition — the only marks you'll see in the photos are reflections from the lighting.

These come from an extensive button collection acquired from a premier wholesaler that supplied the New York City garment district beginning in the 1950s. They've been stored in original button boxes in a smoke-free, climate-controlled room for decades, and this is the very first time they've been offered for sale.

Perfect as statement closures on a coat or cardigan, or for craft, quilting, and jewelry projects. Sets are not broken up and quantities are strictly limited — the same style will appear in 14 colors, but once these reds are gone, they're gone.
