Vintage 1980s Navy Heart-Shaped Nylon Buttons - Set of 30 (1 1/8")

A charming set of 30 vintage heart-shaped buttons in a deep navy blue. Molded from nylon plastic in the 1980s, each button measures about 1 1/8" square with a simple two-hole design that sews on easily and shows off the sweet heart silhouette.

These come from an extensive deadstock collection originally held by a premier wholesaler serving the New York City garment district beginning in the 1950s. Kept for decades in button boxes in a smoke-free, climate-controlled room, they are in mint condition — smooth and unmarked (any spots in the photos are camera glare). Note that two navy hearts in the group may read very slightly different in brightness; both came from the same original bag.
