Vintage 1970s-80s White & Black Crackle Veiling Buttons - XL 1 3/4" (Lot of 10)

A lot of 10 extra-large vintage buttons measuring 1 3/4 inches across, finished in crisp white with a bold black crackle/web pattern created using the classic veiling technique. Each button is two-hole and dates from the late 1970s to early 1980s, in new/unused deadstock condition.

These came directly from the original manufacturer's stock — the Lauber Novelty Button Company of New York's garment center, a family business that supplied and customized buttons for high-end makers from the 1960s until it closed in 2005. Everything in this collection was produced before 1985, and many designs are hard to find anywhere else.
