Vintage 1970s-80s White & Black Crackle Veiling Buttons - Large 1 3/8" (Lot of 10)

A lot of 10 large vintage buttons in crisp white with a striking black crackle web pattern, achieved through the classic veiling technique. Each button measures a generous 1 3/8" across with a simple two-hole design, making a bold statement on coats, jackets, and statement garments.

These are genuine deadstock from the late 1970s to early 1980s, purchased directly from the original manufacturer and never used. They come from the Lauber Novelty Button Company archive — a New York garment-center institution founded by Morris Sussal, whose family supplied and customized buttons for high-end makers until the business closed in 2005. Every button in the collection was made before 1985.
