Vintage 1970s-80s White & Black Crackle Buttons, 5/8" - Lot of 10
A lot of 10 vintage deadstock buttons in a crisp white finish with a black crackle web pattern, achieved using the classic Veiling (Vailing) technique. Each button measures 5/8" across with a flat, two-hole design that suits everything from blouses and cardigans to coats and craft projects.
These date to the late 1970s and early 1980s and come from the Lauber Novelty Button Company collection — a family business that supplied and customized buttons for high-end manufacturers from the 1960s until 2005. Purchased directly from the original manufacturer, they have never been used or sewn on.
Popular with sewists and home crafters for garment repairs, custom clothing, and repurposing into pendants, bracelets, and earrings. Sold in lots of 10; multiple purchases will be combined. Additional sizes are available in our shop.
