Vintage 1960s GE Show 'N Tell Picturesound Program Lot - 9 Pieces (Pink Collection)

Step back into the 1960s with this lot of nine General Electric Show 'N Tell Picturesound Programs. Each program pairs a 7-inch 33 1/3 rpm vinyl record with a 16mm plastic filmstrip slide key holding 15 images, designed for the GE Show 'N Tell phono-viewer introduced in 1964. As the record played, a mechanical gear advanced the filmstrip so the pictures matched the story on screen.

This pink-sleeve collection includes eight unique titles plus a bonus duplicate of Jack and the Beanstalk: Cinderella, Wizard of Oz, The Sun's Family (Fun with Facts, ST-623), Jack and the Beanstalk (x2), Gingerbread Man, Princess and the Pea, Hansel and Gretel, and Peter Pan. GE produced over 140 programs covering fairy tales, cartoons, classic literature, science, and space.

Condition is very good to excellent, with sleeves showing light age-appropriate wear. A charming find for mid-century toy collectors, nostalgia lovers, or anyone still using a working phono-viewer. Please review the photos and ask questions before purchasing, as we do not accept returns.
