Vintage 1950s Jaymar Popeye Funny Face Maker #1092 with 6 Character Masks - New in Box

A remarkable survivor from the golden age of character toys: the Jaymar Popeye Funny Face Maker #1092, dating to the 1950s and still sealed in its original shrink wrap. This set has been tucked away in a smoke-free home for over 50 years and has never been played with.

The set includes six character masks measuring 9 1/2" wide — Popeye, Olive Oyl, Wimpy, Swee'Pea, Sappo and Brutus — each with elastics intact. By mixing and matching features, the Funny Face Maker promises over 10,000 comic head combinations, making it as entertaining today as it was on 1950s living room floors.

Box and contents are in very good to excellent condition. Examples like this rarely surface — the last one appeared for sale more than a decade ago — making it an outstanding centerpiece for any Popeye or vintage character toy collection.
