Steuben Gold Aurene Art Glass Lamp Shade, Shape No. 1913 (Unsigned)

A beautiful example of early American art glass, this lamp shade is attributed to Steuben's iconic shape number 1913 and finished in the company's celebrated gold Aurene iridescence. The ribbed body flares into a gently ruffled rim, catching light with warm amber, pink, and golden tones from every angle.

Unsigned, as many production shades were, it measures 5 inches high with a 5 inch bottom opening and a 2 1/4 inch fitter. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks; there is some old paint splatter that should wash off easily with careful cleaning.

A wonderful replacement shade for an antique fixture or a standout display piece for the art glass collector.
