Rare Antique Handel Signed Leaded Frosted Glass Lamp Shade

A rare and beautiful leaded glass lamp shade by the celebrated Handel Company, complete with the Handel label stamped inside the fitter rim. Frosted white and pale green textured glass panels are joined by hand-soldered leading, framed with a warmly patinated metal fitter.

Compact in scale, the shade measures roughly 4 1/2 inches high by 4 1/2 inches wide with a 4 1/8 inch fitter, making it a fine replacement or display piece for an early twentieth-century fixture or boudoir lamp.
