Longaberger 1996 Large Picnic Basket with Wood Lid, Plaid Liner & Protector

A classic Longaberger large picnic basket, handwoven from maple in Dresden, Ohio and dated 1996 with the weaver's "TB" signature on the bottom. It features two swinging wood handles, a hinged wood lid with toggle closure, and the full set of accessories: the original plaid fabric liner and the clear plastic protector.

Generously sized at roughly 16 1/4" long x 13 1/4" deep x 16" tall with the handles raised, it's just as at home on a picnic blanket as it is holding blankets, magazines, or craft supplies in a farmhouse-style room.

Lightly used and in very good to fine condition, with some minor chew marks on the toggle. Owned and carefully stored for over 20 years by a former Longaberger sales consultant, and from a smoke-free home.
