Ethan Allen Chinese Chippendale Style Mahogany Wall Mirror, 19th Century

An elegant Chinese Chippendale style wall mirror attributed to Ethan Allen, dating to the 19th century. The richly toned mahogany frame is crowned with scrolled decorative fretwork, giving the piece the graceful silhouette that defines the style. The glass has a handsome beveled look that catches light beautifully in an entryway, hallway, or above a console table.

Measuring 29 1/4 inches tall by 13 1/2 inches wide, the mirror comes from a single-family ownership and remains in very good condition overall. There is one small nick on the outer decorative wood piece along the left side, easily touched up with a matching wood pen if desired.
