Antique Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Overlay Glass Perfume Bottle, Circa 1900

A beautiful turn-of-the-century perfume bottle wrapped in sterling silver overlay, made circa 1900 in the Art Nouveau taste. Flowing floral and vine work in silver curls across the clear glass body, and the matching ball stopper carries the same overlay with a delicate teardrop suspended inside the stem.

The bottle stands about 3 1/2 inches high and measures roughly 2 inches in diameter at the base. It is marked on the underside with an inscribed 103. There are no cracks or chips; the piece shows wear to the bottom and the soft patina and tarnish you would expect from silver of this age.
