1920s Silent Film Star Exhibit Cards - Exhibit Supply Co. Chicago - Set of 19
A remarkable set of 19 original 1920s exhibit cards issued by the Exhibit Supply Company of Chicago. These penny-arcade cards feature sepia and tinted portraits of silent screen stars, including Phyllis Haver, Lew Cody, Milton Sills, Wallace Reid, Douglas MacLean, Thomas Meighan, Baby Peggy Montgomery, Bert Lytell and J. Warren Kerrigan.
Condition is very fine for cards nearing a century old. The images remain strong and surfaces clean, with only light wear to edges and corners. Framed as a group or displayed individually, they make a striking piece of early Hollywood history.
Sold together as a complete lot of 19 cards. A wonderful find for collectors of silent film memorabilia, vintage photography and antique paper ephemera.
